Senior Art Director (m/f/d)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Gestaltung - von der konzeptionellen Ideenfindung über das Feinkonzept bis zur operativen Ausarbeitung

  • Visualisierung von Ideen und Konzepten (Stand- und Bewegtbild)

  • kurative Auswahl und kreative Aufbereitung von Inhalten (Grafiken, Fotografie, Videos)

  • gemeinsame Projektverantwortung mit dem Account Manager und Creative Director

  • Kontrolle der Qualität und Koordination von Projekten - von der Konzeption bis zur Fertigstellung

  • Gestaltung und Erstellung von Kundenpräsentationen

  • Zusammenarbeit und Beratung mit dem Designteam

  • visionäre Wirkung - Integration und Umsetzung von kreativen und kundenrelevanten konzeptionellen Impulsen über die Projektarbeit hinaus (Mode, Zeitgeist, Tech, Populärkultur) in das Tagesgeschäft

  • Grafisches Experimentieren mit neuesten Technologien (AI, 3D)

Dein Profil

  • sehr gutes Verständnis für digitale Medien, gesellschaftliche Trends und den wirtschaftlichen Kontext

  • mindestens fünf Jahre praktische Erfahrung als Designerin oder Designer in einer Agentur oder einem Start-up

  • Gespür für moderne Inhalte mit hohem ästhetischen Anspruch

  • sehr hohe Affinität zur Mode und solide Erfahrung in diesem Bereich

  • Fähigkeit, andere in Sachen Social Media und Digital Storytelling zu beraten

  • selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

  • ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen

  • Eigenverantwortung und Organisationstalent

  • Liebe zum Detail und sehr hoher Qualitätsanspruch

  • ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten mit Partnern auf allen Ebenen

  • Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit

  • großes Interesse an technischen und strategischen Innovationen

  • dienstleistungsorientierte Kommunikationsweise

  • ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der Adobe Creative Cloud

Your mission

  • holistic design – from the conceptual brainstorm to the detailed concept and operative elaboration

  • visualization of ideas and concepts (still and moving imagery)

  • curative selection and creative editing of content (graphics, photography, videos)

  • shared project responsibility with the Account Manager and Creative Director

  • quality control and coordination of projects – from conception to finalization

  • design and creation of client presentations

  • collaboration and guidance of members of the design team

  • visionary impact - integration and implementation of creative and customer-relevant conceptual impulses beyond the project work (fashion, zeitgeist, tech, popular culture) into daily business operations

  • Graphic experimentation with latest technologies (AI, 3D)

Your profile

  • excellent understanding of digital media, social trends and the economic context

  • at least five years of practical experience as a designer in an agency or start-up

  • feeling for modern content with high aesthetic appeal

  • very high affinity for fashion and solid experience in this field

  • ability to advise others on social media and digital storytelling

  • independent and reliable way of working

  • distinct analytical mindset

  • self-responsibility and organizational skills

  • attention to details and very high quality standards

  • excellent communication and presentation skills with partners at all levels

  • ability for teamwork

  • great interest in technical and strategic innovation

  • service-oriented way of communication

  • excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud

  • experiences with AI, innovation design and prompt design

  • advanced English skills

  • International work experience
