  • Du entwickelst Social Media-, Content- und Kampagnenstrategien für Marken, die Haltung zeigen wollen

  • Du analysierst Zielgruppen, Plattformen, Trends und KPIs – und machst daraus umsetzbare Strategien

  • Du definierst Leitplanken, Frameworks und Formatstrategien für kanalübergreifende Kommunikation

  • Du denkst in Insights, nicht in Kanälen – und bist eng in kreative Prozesse und Pitchentwicklungen eingebunden

  • Du berätst Kunden, Creative Director und Account-Teams und bringst strategische Klarheit in den Ideenprozess

  • Du definierst Erfolgskriterien & KPIs, begleitest Kampagnen datenbasiert und ziehst die richtigen Schlüsse
Dein Profil
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Social Media Strategy, Digital Campaigning oder Brand Strategy

  • Tiefes Verständnis für Plattformmechaniken, Zielgruppenverhalten und digitales Storytelling

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen, Tools & Metriken – und die Fähigkeit, daraus kreative Leitideen zu formen

  • Du kannst strategische Narrative bauen – und sie klar und überzeugend präsentieren

  • Erfahrung in interdisziplinären Teams (Creative, Motion, Media, Account)

  • Du bleibst neugierig, trendaffin und liebst kulturelle Relevanz

Your mission
  • Coordination and management of all involved stakeholders (influencers, clients, creative team, production, paid and social team)
  • Creation of campaign analyses, client presentations, and reports on influencer and social media campaigns
  • Development of creative briefs that serve as the foundation for the creative team’s execution of the strategy, as well as annual strategies, new strategic/communicative approaches, and complex strategic frameworks for our clients to further develop their communication strategies
  • Insight analyses on target audiences, competitors, benchmarks, strategic, societal, and cultural trends, including concrete strategic recommendations for action
  • Responsibility for and execution of influencer marketing campaigns (monitoring, scheduling, cost, and quality control)
  • Planning and development of an overarching strategic concept based on analyses, with a particular focus on performance goals in social networks such as TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Your profile
  • Extensive experience with social media analysis and management tools
  • Strong knowledge of KPIs and the ability to use them strategically for well-founded recommendations
  • A keen sense for trends and the ability to utilize social listening and analytics tools to monitor and evaluate market movements, competitors, and audience insights
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in social media strategy, ideally in an agency environment
  • Passion for TikTok and Instagram, with a deep understanding of what works on these platforms
  • Independent working style and a mindset for unconventional thinking
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high standard of quality
  • Service-oriented communication and presentation skills
  • Responsibility for developing and presenting well-thought-out social media strategies, as well as creating Google Slides presentations and creative briefs in collaboration with the creative team
  • Strong interest in trends and culturally relevant topics – you always know what’s trending
  • Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
